Internship Program

3-6 months/One year

The Steps Forward interns work as a part of the team of The Step Forward and are given the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skill in non-profit organization. They are connected with accomplished women.

Responsibilities of an intern may include

•  Focus on planning and outreach for programs experts
•  Work with staff to draft correspondence and print materials.
• Research topics on women issues
•  Write articles and event summaries
•  Support on projects and initiatives as assigned including fundraising.

Qualifications:

•  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
•  Available at least 2 days per week.
•  Available to work remote if outside the US/state
